2018 Summer School Home Travel & Local Info Reg'n & Support Schedule & Abstracts Course Materials Dates: June 4–9, 2018 (Mon–Sat) Overview The registration / support request form is now closed (Sat. Mar. 24, 2018). --> This summer school was designed to introduce graduate students and other young researchers to modern topics in Lie Theory, and allowed them to meet and interact with other young researchers as well as more senior researchers. It aimed to expose participants to open problems, tools, and techniques used in current research. The school focused on Geometric, Combinatorial and Categorical Methods in Lie Theory. There were four main speakers giving three lectures each. The program consisted of two morning talks by main speakers, followed by afternoon working sessions (AIM-style) on the topics of the morning lectures. The Southeast Lie Theory Workshop X took place at the University of Georgia immediately following the summer school, on June 10–12, 2018 (Sun–Tue).
